Allow Tab Reorder Registry entry

Enable / disable the manual reordering of tabs in the Tabs pane.

A module Tabs pane lists the tabs that are accessible to a user / group:

It is possible for users to change the order of tabs in the Tabs pane by dragging and dropping a tab name to a new position in the list.

This Registry entry enables / disables the manual reordering of tabs by users / groups.
