Specify which fields should be excluded when copying data from a Ditto record.
Description
With the Ditto Skip Columns Registry entry it is possible to specify that certain fields are excluded when copying data from a Ditto record. In other words, when Ditto All Fields (SHIFT+F9) and Ditto Current Tab (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) are used to copy values from the Ditto record into the current record, values in the fields listed in this Registry entry will not be copied from the Ditto record into the current record. This entry is used to exclude fields that should always be unique, e.g.
Note:
This entry does not apply to Ditto Current Field (F9) as it is assumed that the user intentionally selects a field to copy: fields listed in a Ditto Skip Columns Registry entry can be copied directly into a field from a Ditto record into the current record. As expected however, if the field is configured to hold unique values and the value copied into it is not unique, it will not be possible to save the value.
