Examples
If an organization does not support DCX, PNG and PCX as image formats, the following entry will remove them from the Image Files list (first graphic below) and from the list of file types that can be generated (second image below):
Key | Setting |
---|---|
Key 1 | System
Key 2 | Setting
Key 3 | Multimedia
Key 4 | Images
Key 5 | Exclude
Value | dcx;png;pcx
The Image Files list would look similar to:
and the generate resolution dialogue would look similar to:
Note: Images of a type excluded in this way may still be added to EMu, however EMu will not recognize them as an image format and will not display the image on the Multimedia tab. The file will be treated as a document, similar to say a Microsoft Project document.
It is also possible to include image formats that are not added to the list by default. For example, if group Admin is allowed to add PostScript and PhotoShop files, while other users are not, the following entry could be used:
Key | Setting |
---|---|
Key 1 | Group
Key 2 | Admin
Key 3 | Setting
Key 4 | Multimedia
Key 5 | Images
Key 6 | Include
Value | psd;eps;ps
For users in group Admin the Image Files list will look like:
